Grass Fed Whole Beef

We currently have 1.25 whole steers left to be reserved for receiving end of January 2024.

We require a deposit of $7.50/lb based on an estimated hanging weight of 400lbs. Final cost depends entirely on the final hanging weight of the beef you reserve. If hanging weight is less than estimated, you are entitled to a full refund of the difference.

1/4 beef – $750

1/2 beef – $1400

3/4 beef – $2150

Whole beef – $3,000

Upon ordering we will send you a cut sheet for you to make your selections on. We will need these returned to us before the day of processing. Next processing day is on January 11th.
